Rapid Deployment

Implementing Zenprise in your company is straightforward. The solution works out of the box with minimal configuration. Unlike other IT monitoring solutions that require significant configuring and customization, often requiring extensive professional services engagements, Zenprise is designed to auto-discover your environment and configure itself. Only minimal information about your sites and BES SQL servers along with account information has to be specified. Zenprise will then automatically discover all the servers and users in your company, freeing administrators from the tedious task of taking inventory and specifying the system.

Deployment of Zenprise involves the following

  • Installation: Zenprise consists of a server package.
  • Auto-Discovery – The discovery process is run immediately after installation to find all messaging infrastructure components and users.
  • Third-party integrations – Zenprise includes extensions into popular monitoring products.
  • Knowledge updates – The Zenprise knowledge repository of known problems and resolutions is automatically updated when new knowledge.
  • Role-based views – Multiple role-based dashboards are installed to service different administrator levels and end users
